At Quest Orthodontics, it is our goal to provide top-quality orthodontic care in a fun yet professional environment. Dr. Arjun Patel and his dental team will be with you at every step of your oral health journey, and they will do all they can to make you feel at home.
Your first visit with our orthodontist is completely complimentary! During this new patient examination, you will meet Dr. Arjun Patel and his team, who will welcome you with open arms. Our treatment coordinator will take you on a special tour of our office and take diagnostic X-rays and photos. Dr. Patel will then complete a thorough exam while you discuss your ortho concerns, after which he will suggest the best treatment options. And if you prefer, we are often available to start treatment on the same day as your exam!
Once you have completed your initial exam, you can then schedule your first treatment appointment. This is typically the day you receive your braces or other type of ortho device, depending on your personalized treatment plan. Also during this appointment, which usually takes about an hour, you will receive your own orthodontic care kit. If you have any questions about your treatment plan, our team will gladly answer all your questions. We are here for you and your family, and we will do all we can to make your visit as comfortable and successful as possible.
With today’s technology, your orthodontic appointments will be incredibly convenient, and you will find that you will not have to miss much school or work. Most patients need to visit Dr. Patel approximately once every six to ten weeks. It is important that you schedule and attend these appointments, as this helps keep you on track with your treatment goals. We will work with you to schedule days and times that work best for you. We also ask that you give us a call to reschedule in the event that you are running late or know in advance that you have a conflict that will prevent you from making your appointment.
Dr. Patel recommends that his patients see their general dentist at least once every six months for a dental cleaning and examination. If our orthodontist sees that you need additional dental care, he will be happy to go above and beyond to coordinate with your general dentist to ensure that you receive the best treatment possible. At Quest Orthodontics, we are proud of our ongoing relationships with general dentists, and we regard them as an extension of our team!
