Every child and teen who begins orthodontic treatment at Quest Orthodontics is automatically enrolled in the Smile Explorers Club — no sign-up required. They'll receive their welcome kit at their first appointment and start earning points right away.
What kinds of prizes and rewards are available?
Rewards range from fun small prizes at each visit (from our prize box) to larger milestone rewards for key moments like starting treatment, reaching the halfway point, and finishing treatment. We also feature Explorer patients on our social media and celebrate them on our Wall of Smiles in the office.
Is the Smile Explorers Club only for kids, or can teens join too?
The Smile Explorers Club is designed for both kids and teens. We tailor the experience to the age group — younger kids love the prize box and sticker charts, while teens appreciate the social media features, referral bonuses, and the milestone recognition. Everyone is welcome.
Does the club help with treatment compliance?

Yes! Quest Orthodontics uses Grin remote monitoring for eligible patients, which allows Dr. Patel to check on your child's progress between visits using photos taken at home. Submitting Grin scans on time can earn Explorer points — and it means fewer in-office appointments without sacrificing any oversight of your child's treatment.
